We are looking for an experienced dynamic, people focused Contract Manager from the Cleaning or FM industry, with experience of managing staff and liaising with clients.

The role requires excellent relationship and decision-making skills, the ability to manage and deliver Client requirements, and an innate ability to manage, mentor and develop the Cleaning Supervisors and Operatives.

The position will involve:

Liaising with the Client to ensure complete satisfaction.
Managing budgets, staff and resources. ·
Management of all access requirements – raising access requests, and any related documentation that might be required by the client.
Carrying out site inspections.
Ensuring Health and Safety requirements are met.
Ensuring KPI’s are met and exceeded.
Managing operatives and staff to ensure their duties are carried out professionally and in-line with company procedures.
Attending KPI and other meetings with the client and the directors.
Administration – production of reports for the client and head office; monitoring and reporting time and attendance; management of annual leave and cover for absence and leave.
