Cleaner/Porter - Immediate Start
We are currently seeking a Cleaner/Porter to join the team at a residential development in Central London.
The position will begin as a temporary role with the view of being made permanent should the candidate impress whilst on trial.
Main duties will include:
Cleaning of the communal areas of a residential development which will include mopping, vacuuming, polishing, rubbish collection and generally ensuring the communal areas are in pristine condition.
Key management, parcel and mail management.
Dealing with phones, queries, security and health and safety and generally liaising closely with the building manager in ensuring the property is run well.
No direct experience is necessary as training will be made available to the successful candidate.
This position is available immediately.
