Cleaner Vacancy in London

Hi,
Mr Lazy here!
I need some help please with cleaning, washing, ironing and possibly a bit of shopping.
I need twice per week please for three hours each time.
I prefer someone who is a good worker, friendly, positive and ideally local (I live in West London).
Please let me know what hourly rate you expect and please include photo in your reply.
