Owner of 4 apartments in Covent Garden, WC2 needs a reliable, trustworthy, hardworking and flexible person with fluent English, excellent cleaning skills and friendly personality. You will be hospitality manager, doing preparations of the apartments, check ins and any other additional duties as required by the business.
You will be able to work full time or part time, fully servicing holiday apartments.
Apartments are located within walking distance from each other, but you will need to use company car to transport linens to/from the apartments to/from a location in East London.
You will know your schedule up to 3 months in advance with a few days being confirmed at short notice. You may work bank holidays and weekends.
Part-time position: Between 1 and 4 apartments will need to be prepared on daily basis between 10 am and 3.30 pm. Mon-Thu between 3.30 pm and 6 pm guests will arrive for check in (they will inform in advance arrival time). Fri-Sun check in is between 3.30 pm and 10 pm. You will work 3.5 days a week. Working days may be flexible, depending on when guests check in.
Full time position: Between 1 and 4 apartments will need to be prepared on daily basis between 10 am and 3.30 pm. Mon-Thu between 3.30 pm and 6 pm guests will arrive for check in (they will inform in advance arrival time). Fri-Sun check in is between 3.30 pm and 10 pm. You will have 8 days off a month or a mixture of half days and full days, totalling 8 days. For example 4 full days and 8 half days off.
Servicing will include:
-Bed linen/Towels change/ wash/drying/folding.
-Deep cleaning whole apartment before each new check in.
-Removing rubbish
-Reporting Stains, damages or any issues to the owner.
-Replenishing tea/coffee/toilet paper/soap, etc.
-Check in guests who will provide arrival time in advance, but may be delayed due to flights, etc.
-Communicating with guests and answering any questions they may have or directing them.
-As guests rate their stay, they will also rate your cleaning and check in.
Minimum 6 months commitment with 10% annual bonus, subject to work performance.

Preferably if you live in Covent Garden Area or East London (E6) as you will travel regularly to and form those locations.
Salary:
Full time- £1700 plus free car and overtime.
Part time- £900 plus free car and overtime.
