Claw Chefs Needed in London

Claw started in 2015 serving sustainable Crab and Lobster at major UK festivals and street food locations.
Over the past year we have expanded the business opening a café in broadgate and now opening a restaurant in Carnaby, Soho.
Opening in early November the Restaurant is a 50-seater serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. We pride our self in dealing directly with the fisherman, and getting the best meat and vegetable produce.
We’re an extremely passionate, creative and determined team with an eye for detail and a strong focus on delivering the best possible customer experience.
We’d like to hear from people with a natural talent for hospitality, the gift of good service and the desire to pursue a career in this industry. You must have an understanding of how to give a great customer experience, a positive personality and have worked in a similar modern independent restaurant.
The rolls we are looking to fulfil are full time and start the begging of November.
SOUS CHEF £26k-£30k
CHEF DE PARTIE £20-£25k
COMMIS CHEF £8-£10ph
