CHRISTMAS COORDINATOR
Santa’s coming and we need helpers. As Christmas Coordinator at one of our restaurants you play a very important part in ensuring that our busy Christmas period runs smoothly and that our guests receive a seamless booking and dining experience. You will be the main point of contact for guests wishing to book Christmas parties and you will be responsible for maximising bookings during the festive period.
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, cheerful, a great communicator, presentable but most of all highly organised. As a senior member of the team you will be expected to take the lead and use initiative when dealing with enquiries and communicate daily with the management team.
Along with taking bookings and promoting the restaurant to potential Christmas bookings, you will be responsible for ensuring that all paperwork and audits are completed and that our guests are keen to book parties with us throughout the year.
