Opportunity for a Full Time Role as a Barista/Retail for R Chocolate London
What we're looking for:
- Retail staff with relevant experience in retail and sales for more than a year (cash up/ordering/quality control)
- Someone who is passionate about delivering fantastic service and creating an unrivaled experience for our guests
- A good communicator that can handle pressure and understand the needs of a diverse clientele
- Looking for a full time role and can be flexible to work early mornings, weekends and early evenings
- As a key ambassador for R Chocolate London you are expected to act at all times in a friendly, courteous and professional manner towards customers and other staff members.
Responsibilities:
- Make and serve specialty beverages and products
- Speak and interact with both new and regular customers
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work station
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Adhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items
- Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance
- Contribute to a positive team environment
- Excellent customer service
