Objective of role
• Promote, integrate and implement the core values of the brand in all areas.
• Contribute to achieve and exceed the targets for the store in terms of profitability and customer experience.
• Greet and serve the customers within the brand guidelines, ensuring each customer receives an individual and tailored luxury experience.
• Ensure the boutique is fully stocked and merchandised to the brand standards.
Responsibilities
• Welcome and advise customers on their purchases.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and luxury appearance of the boutique.
• Processing payments and accurate cash handling.
• Processing large orders and deliveries for the customer.
• Handling deliveries, adhering to FIFO rules and restocking in accordance with the H and S guidelines.
• Working within brand guidelines in all aspects of work.
Skills and attitude required
• Passion for chocolate and the luxury food sector.
• Passion for outstanding customer engagement and an approachable and friendly manner
• Professional in dealings with all levels of employees and with clients and customers
• Able to work as part of a team as well as comfortable with lone working.
• Willingness to learn and to adapt with the business
• Loyalty to the brand and the business
• Basic IT skills and basic till system knowledge.
