About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a casual waiter to join our Chinoiserie team here at Jumeirah Carlton Tower Hotel.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
•To deliver a courteous and friendly service to the guests of the Chinoiserie in line with the standard operating procedures of the restaurant.
•To collect and deliver orders from the back-area/kitchens and serve them according to the standard operating procedures of the Chinoiserie.
•To control the stocking of operating equipment in the stations during service, and ensure that the station is maintained in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
•To clear and re-lay the tables accordingly.
•To show sense of urgency during busy times.
•To handle guest complaints and report to the person in charge.
•To collect any stores when required.
•To ensure sufficient mise-en-place is ready prior to commencement of service.
