Awaiting Eyes Foundation is a U.K registered charity (No: 1117222) that helps orphan children overseas by providing them with basic necessities.
We are looking for an enthusiastic CHILD SPONSORSHIP MANAGER, Volunteer
The job will consist of:
• The Child Sponsorship Manager will be responsible for the program’s quality, operations, reporting's, monitoring, and evaluation.
• The manager will be required serve as the primary contact between the organization and its financial supporters.
• The posting of pictures and videos on all organization/partner platforms, and ensuring the quality reporting of sponsorship funds.
• The manager shall also seek new funding opportunities to allow for the expansion of the organization sponsorship
• Managing website’s sponsorship page.
• Facilitating public relations and community engagement, including but not limited to donor reporting, newsletters, Facebook, and multimedia platforms.
• Coordinating health care needs with Community Health Volunteers.
• Maintaining a database of the organization sponsored children Market and fundraise to increase aid
• Responsible to ensure sustainability Collaboration with organization staff toward goals in strategic planning
• MANDATORY FUNDRAISING AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK
OFFICE TIME: 9AM TO 5PM, MONDAY TO FRIDAY.
NO PREVIOUS experience IS REQUIRED AS FULL TRAINING WOULD BE PROVIDED.
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A VOLUNTARY UNPAID ROLE.
INITIAL COMMITMENT OF 3 DAYS A WEEK FOR THE FIRST 2 MONTHS, THERE AFTER - 2 DAYS A WEEK (FLEXIBLE).
