The Chicago Rib Shack is looking for Managers / Assistant Managers and Supervisors with flair, passion and a dynamic personality for it's expanding portfolio.
We currently have opportunities available at Aldgate East and Clapham and with expansion plans for next year, we are looking for individuals to come onboard, develop with us and have real career progression.
The successful candidate will have
- a keen eye for warm customer service and lead from the front.
- real presence on the floor.
- enjoy staff training and development.
- experience in managing a busy door.
- a fluent grasp of English.
- natural problem solving skills, be able to think on their feet, manage in a calm manner and be a natural leader.
- the ability to have fun at work and inspire your team to do so too!
- an engaging management style that inspires both the Front of House and Back of House teams
- the ability to understand and interpret the figures, and be financially aware
- proven experience in developing successful, results driven teams.
The successful candidates will be given the tools to lead and inspire their team from the front – ensuring that each and every guest has a memorable experience for all of the right reasons. We are looking for managers who relish being hands on, working alongside the team and being the host with the most!
