Polpetto is a tiny, intimate neighbourhood restaurant in the heart of Soho offering a refined, seasonal Venetian-inspired menu. We're product-driven with a real emphasis on fresh ingredients and we've received the Michelin Guide’s Bib Gourmand for the last four consecutive years.
We're currently Gearing up for an exciting relaunch in October 2022 and are looking for awesome people to join us on our journey!
Job description:
There’s LOTS happening behind the scenes at the moment, and we’re looking for experienced chefs with a passion for delicious food to join our small, dynamic team and help us drive this ambitious project forwards.
The ideal candidate should have:
A huge passion for fresh food, seasonal produce and creating things that taste good.
Ability to work well under pressure and a willingness to learn. You should be up for a challenge and be ready to work hard!
At least two years’ experience in a professional kitchen, with AA Rosette or Michelin experience preferred.
