Applicants must be able to fill a permanent role for one of Time Out's top voted restaurants a stones throw away from iconic Borough Market. This restaurant from a well renowned hospitality group offers the chance to become part of an exciting culinary scene amongst some of London's biggest names. We offer a variety of carefully selected wines and cocktails alongside contemporary European and Mediterranean inspired small plates, whilst reflecting the rich seasonal produce that the market has to offer.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar environment.
We are looking for talented and reliable chefs to start immediately.
