Balans Soho Society are expanding and we are looking for experienced chefs to join us. We use the freshest ingredients we can source and all our food is cooked from scratch, which is something we’re very proud of. We are a bohemian, vibrant, atmospheric restaurant group and we’re currently recruiting staff of the same calibre for our branches in Central London.
We are looking for full time Chefs who feel comfortable using fresh ingredients and want to learn new skills.
We will:

Provide great training in order for you to develop as a chef.
Pay you well, we believe our chefs should be rewarded for creating great food. All salaries are negotiable for the ideal candidate.

To be fluent in spoken English
To have the Right to Work in UK
To have a working knowledge of food hygiene and food safety.
To ensure every dish is created to the recipes of Balans.
To have the drive to succeed and show initiative in your work.
To have an interest in food
The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy restaurant environment and feel comfortable working with fresh ingredients to produce dishes from scratch. We are not a restaurant that uses microwaves.
