We are looking for full time, experienced and talented chefs to join our team at Monty's Deli. All levels of expertise are required from commis, all the way up to head chef.
We are a Jewish deli where everything is made in house to traditional recipes, including cured and smoked meats, pickles and ferments, bagels and sweet pastries. During our time as a market stall we built up a loyal army of Jewish deli enthusiasts including Jay Rayner and Tom Kerridge. We’re really proud of what we do, and we want to continue our reputation as excellent producers. This will mean building a solid team of very good dedicated chefs to maintain and implement our recipes and standards.
A good command of spoken and written English is essential, as well as a valid working visa/passport.
