We are looking for Hard working, organised and bubbly personalities to join our ever growing team.
Kitchen porter / Prep Chef
- Preparation of fresh food
- Ensure all our cooking standards are met
- Assist and help the chefs in all orders
- Maintain the highest cleaning standards to protect our 5* rating.
- You must be very organised and able to work under pressure.
Chefs
- Ensure all food is cooked to our standards
- Organise orders from order to delivery to customer.
- Assist in recruiting and training new chefs and kitchen staff
- Ensure all cleaning standards are met
- You must have at least 1 year previous experience, be able to work under pressure, be very organised and have good knowledge of food safety systems.
Waiters and Bar staff
- Setup restaurant ensuring that all presentation and cleaning according to company policy
- Greet and seat customers
- Take orders according to assigned sections, Telephone orders and over counter.
- Be friendly, bubbly and have a can do attitude
- Ensure that company food safety policy is adhered to at all times.
- You must be well presented and speak fluent English.
