Chefs de Partie - POLPO
POLPO is a Venetian bàCaro - a humble restaurant serving simple but authentic food all freshly prepared on-site, paired with young Italian wines and classic Italian aperitivo cocktails.
We are currently recruiting for chefs de partie to join our kitchen team at POLPO Covent Garden, located on Maiden Lane in central London.
