Polpetto is an intimate neighbourhood restaurant in the heart of Soho, offering seasonal Venetian-inspired dishes in an elegant setting. We are part of the POLPO group and have received the Michelin Guide’s Bib Gourmand for the last four consecutive years. This is a truly exciting opportunity to join us as we gear up for an exciting menu relaunch in October 2022!
We are currently recruiting for experienced chefs de partie to join our small, close-knit kitchen team. This is an ideal position for committed career chefs and we can offer plenty of ongoing development opportunities within the group.

The Ideal Polpetto Person:

Loves unique and original food and drinks and understands the importance of consistently creating the best experience for our teams and customers.
Has at least two years' experience in a busy kitchen, with AA Rosette or Michelin experience preferred. You must have a passion for food and love what you do!
Wants to support and work as part of a close-knit team.
Speaks great English and has a positive, honest, can-do attitude.
Valid right to work in the UK is essential.
