Seven Bar Group, owners of Three Eight Four and Seven at Brixton are recruiting for a their Brixton Market site.
We specialise is tapas and cocktails, with an added daytime trade providing coffee, breakfast and lunch.
We open from 9am daily to cater for the buzzing daytime in Brixton Market. Coffees, takeout breakfast goods, sandwiches and soups, before moving onto the serious stuff (cocktails and tapas) early afternoon.
From the kitchen we create interesting dishes with quality ingredients for great value. We will serve small plates with an Iberian twist. We'll have a fantastic range of Beers, wines and sherries to compliment our food.
As a company, we pride ourselves on our customer service and hospitality. From staff to guests, we believe people make the atmosphere and success of a great bar. We are looking for people who enjoy being awesome hosts and give the best experience possible with the service they provide.
We have a desire to bring in new products and flavours from around the world, but this does not compromise our policy to work with reputable, local suppliers as much as possible.

Full and comprehensive training will be provided to the successful candidates
Successful applicants, can expect a full induction and training program. We also give our managers money every week for staff incentives and prizes. This can be in the form of a cash prizes, nights out or even in the past we have sent staff to Barcelona and Berlin.
We have a huge focus on internal development, with many of our managers and supervisors having started with us as bar staff.
What we need from you :
Be seeking a challenging and rewarding working environment
Have full UK working credentials and be fluent in English
Be free to work until late on Fridays and Saturdays
A good knowledge of food and cocktail is a plus
