We are looking for a talented and passionate chefs to join our dedicated team at The Brewery on a zero-hour casual basis.
The Brewery is the premier event and fine dining venue in the heart of City of London, from the extravagant to the discreet, for hundreds of customers or for a handful. Our aim is to carry on the proud tradition of the Whitbread Brewery, which has been at the heart of entertainment in London since the era of Lords Nelson and Byron.
Our passion for food and the drive to be one of the world’s leading venues for event catering is shared by every single member of The Brewery kitchen team and is reflected by the dishes that are created for all of The Brewery’s events. The eclectic menus at The Brewery are heavily influenced by the global culinary experiences gained from working on events and at leading restaurants around the world.
We are recruiting for the following positions on a zero-hour casual basis:

Commis Chef
Chef de Partie
Sous Chef
Pastry Chef

You will be working within a busy professional kitchen that is creative and passionate in their cooking. You will be committed to your team, to delivering quality products and dishes.
