The Dickens Inn is a picturesque restyled and reconstructed 18th century pub and restaurant, providing an outstanding place to go and enjoy food and drink in the heart of St Katharine Docks in London. With gorgeous pizzas, balcony dining, large beer garden and views of Tower Bridge and the Shard, we're popular with tourists and locals alike.
We are now recruiting for Chef de Partie's and Commis Chef's responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to specific standards. You will be managing and working with the kitchen team to ensure the kitchen is running efficiently and delivering to the brand standards.
Previous experience as Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in a busy kitchen, good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in some of the leading casual dining bars and restaurants and will give you great experience.
Rate of pay up to £8.50 (depending on experience) per hour plus 50p per hour sales bonus.
