JINJUU is a contemporary Korean bar and restaurant looking for a talented chefs to join our team which is lead up by celebrity chef Judy Joo at the helm.
We are looking to fill the following positions, for both our venue in Soho and in Mayfair:
• 4 x Commis Chef
• 4 x Demi Chef
• 4 x Chef de Partie
• 1 x Commis/Demmi Pastry Chef
• 2 x Sous Chef
Our menu consists of both traditional and modern style dishes, inspired by seasonal and local produce. Some of our highlights are bulgogi-style sliders, Korean fried chicken, traditional braised short rib and grilled Ginger sea bass and lots more.
