Our main site, Pachamama is a successful, innovative and well established Peruvian inspired restaurant, based in Marylebone, Central London. We have recently opened Chicama, a modern Peruvian-British seafood restaurant in Chelsea and are looking for sensational people to join our teams.

Duties:

- Capable of running a Section and providing strong competent support for Senior chefs.
•Ensure all food storage, product rotation maximises potential profit of the product.
•Ensure all product preparation is completed to standard to ensure recipe potential is achieved.
•Ensure all working utensils and equipment are maintained to maximize life span to operate to full capacity.
•Receiving of daily produce deliveries and checking of quality.
•Ensure ticket timings and dish presentation management.
•Maintaining cleanliness, safety and organisation of the kitchen.
•Always presenting self in perfect uniform and correct shift start time.
•Completing quality preparation of all duties to clean, set up, handover and close kitchen to standard.
