Flesh and Buns in Covent Garden is seeking enthusiastic Chefs to become a part of our dynamic team. We are looking for CDP’s and Commis Chefs.
Fesh and Buns was the first restaurant in London dedicated to steamed buns and Japanese drinking food Specializing in gua bao, expect fluffy steamed buns with gutsy fillings, plus loads more plates to share. This is unusual, yet addictive, Japanese-inspired food served in an Izakaya setting. No experience with Japanese ingredients is necessary, however, you must be interested to learn about one of the greatest food nations in the world!
You will have at least 1 years experience in a high volume/fast paced, fresh-food kitchen.
