BIRD is a fast casual concept specialising in free range fried chicken and freshly made doughnuts. Now open in the world food court of Westfield Stratford. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Chef who is well-versed in UK/American food trends to join our kitchen team with immediate start.
As part of our team you will be responsible for ensuring that all ingredients are prepared to BIRD’s high standards, and that dishes are cooked and presented to reach guests at their absolute best. You will need an eye for detail and a passion for this style of food to join our kitchen team. Ideally you will have spent time in a quality branded environment with stable career experience.
To take this role in our business you will need experience in a freshly prepared, high turnover environment, strong team working skills, and you must understand and manage to strict food hygiene procedures.
