We are seeking an experienced, ambitious, talented and hard-working chef to join our friendly, dedicated team. We have a strong team of chefs who have previously worked at Mission E2, The Palomar, Berber and Q, Ottolenghi.
We are looking for a chef who can balance food quality and consistency, with creativity and excellent standards of food hygiene.
They must ensure the smooth running of the kitchen during a busy service and take initiative when needed.
Food :
- ensuring that food that is served is of a high standard and quality
⁃ Ensuring the efficiency of services and the kitchen in general
⁃ Following guidelines to ensure that food served is safe to eat
The successful candidate for this position should possess the following experience and abilities:
Previous experience as a chef within a busy restaurant is vital
The ability to work quickly and efficiently
A passion for creativity, organisation and a cool head in a busy service
Be able to work closely with the small kitchen and front of house team
