Part of the independently owned Stanley Pubs group, the Tufnell Park Tavern is a thriving Pub and we are on the hunt for a Great Head Chef. Due to our recent growth and internal promotion a position has become available and we need you.
Food is at the heart of the Tufnell Park Tavern. Unpretentious, thoughtfully combined flavours sourced from around the Mediterranean. The best ingredients complimented by herbs, not disguised by sauces. A menu that changes every 3 weeks to reflect the bounty of seasonal produce.

About You
Must have experience at Head Chef or Sous Chef level for minimum of 3 years
A great leader and motivator to a brigade of 10
You will be used to a workload in excess of £15k food sales per week
Food and hygiene level 2 or 3
Competent in all areas of food and kitchen safety/compliance
Computer literate - ideally with Zonal
Sock/Sales analysis and reporting

Permanent Position
Salary up to £36k depending on experience
28 days paid holiday per year
