Chefs of All Levels Required
We are looking for energetic, passionate chefs of all levels to join our independent restaurants in North London. We currently have four sites in Finsbury Park, Crouch End, Hampstead Heath and Muswell Hill with plans for future expansion.
We are working on developing and promoting our brand and require candidates with good organisation, discipline and professionalism. The ability to work well in a team is also a must.
All Levels of Chef / Sous / KP / Pastry / Apprentice.
We are looking for innovative, and creative Chefs. Previous experience is required.
Role
Different levels of experience welcome
Role and salary will depend on experience.
Food preparation
Developing and innovating new recipes for the menu.
Ordering and overseeing stock management
Managing and co-ordinating a team
Recruiting and training members of staff
Manage wastage and financial workings of the kitchen.
Rota management and management of Annual Leave for the kitchen team.
Maintaining high standards in food production and quality, and adhering to all health and safety guidance.
