The Golden Lion Hotel and Restaurant is looking for a new member of staff that will support the team in the Kitchen.
This is a full-time position where you will work 5 days on and 2 days off, with the possibility of Overtime.
The Chef needs to have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Hotel or Restaurant environment with the required skills for Functions and fresh food production. This role follows all necessary duties as a chef.
Naturally, you’ll also need to be organised and highly motivated with a down to earth style, great communication skills and the ability to lead, motivate and inspire others together with good business acumen.
Live in accommodation is optional
Salary at least £25k depending on experience.
