Bar Luciano's in South East London are looking for a chef to work in our busy bar and restaurant kitchen.
We offer fresh authentic Italian cuisine. experience with this type of cuisine is not essential, however: training will be provided. It's more important that you are hard working, enthusiastic with a passion for food, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
To prepare, cook and serve food of a high quality
To monitor stock movement and assist in receiving deliveries
To assist in the maintenance of high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety
To carry out daily and weekly procedures, including temperature checks, food rotation and safe storage
To be fully aware of health and safety regulations
