Nati’s on Priory is an independently owned café in North London opened in 2015. We are looking for a passionate chef to join our team. Having the ability to use your creativity for new dishes and also baked goods is a must.
You will need to work approximately 40 hours a week, including weekends with two days off. No evening shifts but 7am starts are required. During the week, you could be working in the kitchen alone.
Your responsibilities include:
- Working independently in the kitchen – morning prep, fulfilling orders, washing up and prep for the following day
- Producing high-quality egg dishes, soups and salads, as well as baking loaf cakes, tray Bakes, etc.
- Stock management
- Kitchen cleaning
You must have:
- experience and training in health, hygiene and food safety
- Eagerness to make customers happy
- Positive attitude, passion for good food and interest in café culture
