JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a chef with some experience in breakfast or/and brunch. You will be responsible for…
-Learning, prepping and cooking the menu and weekend brunch menu
-Stock control
-Fresh cakes everyday
-Creative menu input
-Food H and S monitoring and upkeep
We make most things from scratch and have an open kitchen and a small team of great staff. This role includes managing your own section whilst also helping other chefs when needed.
HOURS
35-40 hrs/week. Normal Shift: 8.30am-4pm. No Evenings.
Competitive pay will begin as hourly and become a salary after one-month probation. Minimum London living wage, more with experience.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Quick learner and able to work alone sometimes
Responsible and organised
Keeping quality very high and consistent
Kitchen management skills
Friendly, sociable and a good communicator
Minimum food safety level 2
Working calmly and cleanly
This role is ideal for someone looking for a good work life balance with no evenings! This is very unique for a chef role. Check out our website.
