Chef required with at least 5 years experience in Italian, French and International cuisine.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, focused, team player to work in our fast-paced kitchen. Food creativity with a keen eye on food presentation is essential. An understanding of current food trends served in deli bars and cafes is required, as is a passion for creating nutritional and innovative salad bar ideas and recipes. Knowledge of high quality cooking and ingredients.
Strong time management and organisational skills are crucial for this role as is a calm head. This is a full time position and some weekend work will be required.
