Tenshi Restaurant is looking for a chef for our Deliveroo 'Editions' kitchen. The location is right next to Swiss Cottage tube station. The kitchen supplies takeaway orders only, so there are no waiting staff or customers on site meaning the atmosphere is very professional and straightforward. We provide Japanese food such as donburi, katsu, yakitori, udon and some sushi. This vacancy is for a hot food chef, although sushi experience would be an advantage.
You will need to demonstrate a good knowledge of food safety issues, and a dedication to achieving maximum quality and safety compliance.
The starting salary is £10.00 per hour for experienced chefs. We would consider taking on someone with a lower level of experience as a trainee but the starting rate would be £8.50 per hour in this case. Weekly pay.
The kitchen is operational weekday evenings, plus all day Saturday and Sunday. Ideally you will work 45-55 hours per week. Part time may be possible however.
