Award Winning bar Kilburn ironworks is looking for a Chef De Partie to join our team and grow as a family working alongside experienced career focused staff
• Opening and closing kitchen
• Stepping in for head chef when hc is not on site
• Checking deliveries and putting away in correct temperature storage
• Able to present food at a high standard
• Working in compliance with environmental health
• Good standard of food hygiene
• Good communication skills is a must
• Expected to step in and help other areas of the kitchen when needed
• Responsible for all kitchen related issue and food preparation
• Full time hours
• Neg hourly rate of pay
• Assisting the head chef in all ordering processes
• Assisting the head chef with team training
• Assistant the head chef with event special on a regular basis
• Controlling the pass
• Own chef uniform required
Brunch and evening service is required
Small kitchen,
Not a huge menu
