We're looking for an experienced chef to join our small and fun team! At our café in Clapham Common, we specialise in the finest savoury tarts and imaginative salads, as well as offering a popular brunch menu and a tasty range of sweet tarts and cakes. We're opening another location in East Dulwich and so the successful candidate could work at either.
We're looking for someone who loves the idea of baking large batches of savoury tarts as well as helping with brunch service and general food prep. A desire to learn all aspects of our production is key. We're growing this year and so the role offers advancement opportunities in the mid-term.
The main responsibilities of, and required experience for, the chef are:
- Producing dozens of savoury tarts per day
- Brunch service
- Preparing veg and salads
- Contributing ideas to evolve our product range
- Supporting the production of all other home-produced goods
