Park Road Kitchen is a neighbourhood rotisserie and deli on Battersea Park Road, SW11 which is 5 minutes from Clapham Junction. We specialise in good, wholesome food to take away and often cater for private functions. Our environment is one that you can grow in with the opportunity for development into a more senior position.We are looking for a full time kitchen chef and front of house server that is passionate about food to join our small team as soon as possible The roll includes/ requires:Preparing daily dishes for the deli counter as well as meats for the rotisserie. Following PRK recipes Collaborating your ideas to suggest and create new dishes Understanding of Paleo, Gluten Free, Vegan, Vegetarian diets and requirements You will be thorough with opening and closing duties as well as hygiene practises. Stock and inventory control as well as placing orders with suppliers You will also be required to help with serving customers so good practise of customer service with a smile is hugely necessary General housekeeping in the kitchen and front of house areas You must have solid experience working in a professional kitchen previously with the knowledge of how to operate equipment and keep up in a busy atmosphere.
