Chef Flagship Craft Beer Bar Needed

Who We Are
We are a craft beer bar and kitchen called 'Mason and Company', based in Hackney Wick, alongside the canal and the edge of the Olympic Park. Our kitchen is run by Capish? which started as a street food stall in 2012, serving Italian American street food.
We serve a modern take on Italian-American classics. We are well known for our meatball hero and chicken Parm sandwiches. We make as much as possible in house and processes we use include fermenting, smoking and sous vide techniques.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a full chef de partie to join our enthusiastic and passionate team. We are looking for self-starters who are quick on their feet and are able to deal with busy services whilst maintaining the highest quality. You don't necessarily need to be formally trained as a chef but have some experience working in professional kitchens and an absolute passion for modern cooking and techniques. You will be able to stay calm under pressure and maintain cleanliness at all times.
We are a rapidly growing company and for the right people there will be lots of opportunity to grow with us.
You need to have an enthusiasm for Italian cooking and ingredients and some knowledge of Italian-American cuisine would be an advantage. An interest in craft beer would also be a bonus.
This is a full time position.
