Black Truffle is an exclusive caterer and delicatessen located at 41 England's Lane, Belsize Park, London, NW3.
We offer a wide range of artisan produce, craft coffee and a fantastic selection of homemade salads, deli products and patisserie.
Working as a chef you will be encouraged to add your own personal touch to our menus that change regularly to reflect the season whilst also helping to create new products to sell via the shop.
We are looking for a full time experienced chef who is capable of producing food for a wide range of occasions including, patisserie, brunch and catering events.
Working hours are typically 8am - 4pm but as we continue to expand more hours will come available.
You will need to be fluent in English, be trained to at least Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene and able to work in the UK.
Successful applicants will be asked to interview and to perform a trial. Pay is excellent although dependent on experience. We also offer full holiday pay, free food and beverages during a shift and discounts on retail purchases.
