Evolve Hospitality are looking for an outstanding individual to join this successfully growing company as an Event Chef Recruitment Consultant looking after our BOH Temp Chef's desk for events across London. At Evolve we only recruit consultants who have come through the industry and understand what it is like to work in catering operations, but are looking for a new challenge and career opportunity. We are unique in our approach as we don't want our consultants to sit behind a desk 5 days a week. We ideally want our Chef Recruitment Consultants meeting with our clients on a regular basis and working alongside their operations. Requirements will be that you work 3 days in the office and two days out on the road, attending client meetings building relationships and wining new business.The successful applicant will attend large and prestigious events across London, will be given autonomy over their growing desk with support of the greater team. Will be provided with training and many networking opportunities! Chef Recruitment Consultant Requirements: * A strong chef background at Sous Chef level or above * Must be driven, committed and ambitious * Flexible, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task * Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills * Proactive and confident with a hardworking, 'can-do' attitude Ambition, drive and knowledge of working in the hospitality industry are all that is required, we can teach you the rest!
