The restaurant has built an enviable reputation for excellent food served in an informal setting with excellent service standards and a stunning wine list and has regularly been voted as one of the Capitals favourite restaurants.
Open 7 days a week for Lunch and Dinner the restaurant serves a regularly changing Modern French Menu.
We are looking for a Chef de Rang strong enough to run their own section overseeing the whole order of service, Chef de Rangs will also need top class food and wine knowledge.
We are looking for a Chef de Rang with a quality background in high quality establishments, comfortable working to high covers where quality is never compromised.
Salary: up to £23,500
