The successful Chef de Rang must be an enthusiastic, motivated professional to join our team.
Previous experience as a Chef de Rang or Demi Chef de Rang at a Michelin star or fine dining level is preferred as well as a good knowledge of various types of cuisine and wine.
The successful candidate will be willing to learn, have a warm and genuine nature and have the desire to make every customer feel special. You will need excellent communication and time management skills. You will also need good organisational skills and the ability to assist the Head Waiter team.
