We are recruiting for Chef De Rangs to work with us at our Champagne Bar and Restaurant located withing the St Pancras International Station.

• Ideally experience working in a similar role within a fine dining restaurant, preferably
• To ensure the highest standard of service
• To maintain the highest standards of professionalism
• Good English preferable

Job role expectations:
• To ensure that you fully support the Managers in the restaurant
• To ensure a high level of service
• Excellent attention to detail in order to serve all customer needs
• To run a section and effectively supervise the junior members of the front of house team
• To ensure health, safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
• To ensure an efficient and smooth food and drinks service
• To carry out all reasonable requests by management
