Forge are working with an iconic restaurant in the heart of Mayfair to recruit a Chef de Rang for their reopening. Part of a small restaurant group boasting several Michelin stars across the board.
The restaurant has a new Head Chef in the kitchen and a brand new menu.
After a full refurb this renowned site is ready to push the boundaries of quality food and service.
Chef de Rang's should have experience in quality establishments and have a real passion for food and outstanding service.
Salary dependent on experience £20k - £23k
The restaurant is due to reopen in the next couple of weeks.
