We're looking for a Chef De Party in touch with current trends.
The current menu is fresh, theatrical and crowd pleasing with some generous vegetarian and vegan offerings.
We're open from 12pm Tuesday – Friday serving fairly simple healthy food in the daytime with a more complex evening menu from 6pm onwards. On Saturdays we open from 12pm but with epic two sitting sell out brunch events hosted by drag queens! We're all about giving millennials an epic dining experience where the focus is on delicious food in a fun atmosphere. You should love theatre, but hate the pomp and circumstance of fine dining theatre. Closed Sundays/Mondays.
