Chef de parties are needed to work from the beginning of November right up until Christmas to cater for the increase in demand during the festive period. You'll be working in a variety of kitchens including 5* Hotels, Michelin/AA Rosette restaurants, banqueting venues and event halls- some of which are exclusively staffed by Berkeley Scott chef de parties.A variety of hours are available, but shifts are mostly Mon - Fri. We can give you as many shifts as you like AND we pay weekly so you'll get money in your pocket almost straight away! To register, you must fit the following criteria: Minimum 2 years chef de partie experience or above in a professional kitchen Have own whites, knives and safety shoes Level 2 food hygiene certificate (if available) Available to work throughout November and December (up until around the 18th December) We offer competitive rates of pay (we also accept limited company chefs and umbrella company chefs), and holiday pay.
