Caesars Entertainment UK is looking to recruit a Chef De Partie with international experience to join our team at the Sportsman Casino in Marble Arch. Voted European Casino Operator of the Year 2021 and 2022, Caesars Entertainment offers a diverse portfolio of entertainment in our venues.
Job purpose:
To prepare and produce food to the highest standard in a prompt and timely manner while following the specifications given by senior kitchen staff. At all times you will be working with high standards of customer service and food hygiene in mind.
Main duties:
- To prepare and produce food to the highest standard and specifications given by Senior Kitchen staff
- To liaise with the Head Chef to obtain a supply of stocks and stores according to menu requirements
- To check stock rotation and proper storage of cooked and uncooked food
- To work in a neat and tidy manner ensuring your section is clean and hygienic at all times
- To ensure that all mis en place is kept tidy, fresh and properly stocked as required
- To strictly follow recipes and guideline to ensure product consistency throughout
- To lead by example in relation to displaying the four key behaviours of the Customer Service model
- To ensure that all areas of the kitchen are maintained to a high standard at all times and ensure any maintenance requirements are reported to the Head Chef
Essential skills:

- Good communication skills with peers across the business with the ability to delegate appropriately
- To have the ability to work quickly but to remain organised and consistent
