• Chef de Partie

The Ideal POLPO Person:
• Loves food, drinks, restaurants and people
• Has experience in a busy kitchen. Some knowledge of Italian cuisine and/or pizza making is ideal
• Wants to support and work as part of a close-knit team
• Speaks great English
• Valid right to work in the UK is essential
