Role:
We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our expanding team. We are looking for someone who can deliver quality consistently and work in a busy and dynamic team.
What we are looking for:
Exceptional service standards – only 5 star will do.
Outstanding attention to detail, encouraging a culture of high standards throughout the team.
Highly organised with the ability to communicate and delegate effectively where appropriate
Ability to work weekends and evenings, early mornings and late nights.
Previous experience of working as a Chef de Partie in a similar environment.
