Salary is hourly paid and from £25-£27k  based on a mixture of early, mid and late shifts  This exclusive private members club with rooms, is a popular destination for some of London’s socialites and its going from strength to strength! They are seeking an experienced Chef De Partie to execute premium but relaxed British/European cuisine with a big focus on using only the best available seasonal produce.
They are a relaxed brasserie style restaurant for up to 65 covers, a lounge/bar for up to 40 covers and private dining/banqueting facilities.
You must have good experience within establishments with some volume brasserie relaxed style and the right positive 'can do' attitude. This is a great opportunity as you will be working under a Experienced Head Chef who will be oversee your career development with a fun energetic passionate team. As Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for your own section, but have the ability to get Stuck in to all sections. You will also be involved in training and supporting the junior chefs.
